Hey Gude

Spain’s Samuel Guilabert is seated under the gun and he opens the preflop betting round with a raise to 625.  Matthias Gude is next to act and he three-bets to 1,725.

After this early betting action it is no surprise to see the action fold around to the blinds, but when Peter Nagy – in the small blind — asks how much the raise is for we wonder if there will be a big four-bet. Those thoughts are only entertained for 15 or so seconds because Nagy folds. Guilabert puts in the extra chips and it is heads-up to the [8c][8d][7s] flop.

Guilabert taps the table and checks and no sooner has Gude’s 1,500 continuation bet landed on the green felt, Guilabert mucks.
