For the first time since Fedor Holz entered the tournament he’s in a bit of trouble. The start-of-the-day chip leader just lost a chunk of chips against Pascal Hartmann and the action went as following.
Jan-Eric Schwippert raised to 25,000 from the hijack and Hartmann called from the button. Holz called from the big blind and the flop brought out AK
8
on which all three players checked.
The turn was the J and Holz bet 47,000, Schwippert folded and Hartmann called.
On the river the Q hit and Holz bet 109,000 after which Hartmann moved all in for 320,000. Holz sighed and folded with some clear signs of frustration on his face.
