Hyun Doubles Through Chang

Hung Yue Chang raises to 24,000 and Kai Jan Chou calls from one seat over. Sung Joo Hyun then three-bets to 186,000 with a single chip behind. 

Chang pushes all-in and Chou instantly folds while Hyun looks at the tournament info and says “I am waiting for the pay jump”. However, the next jump is five eliminations away and he uses two time banks before then calling it off.
