Patrik Antonius limps on the button for 3,000 with Diamond 7Diamond K. Phil Ivey wakes up with a power house and bumps it to 12,000 with his Heart JSpade J. Antonius obliges and the two see a flop with already 24,000 in the middle.

Ivey bets 7,920 on Heart 4Spade QClub 8 and Antonius floats. Ivey checks when the Spade 3 lands on the turn and Antonius bets 11,952. Ivey calls.

The Spade 9 completes the board and commentators Jamie Kerstetter and Doug Polk get excited and see this as a card Antonius can use to bluff. Antonius does exactly that, shoving for 45,200 once Ivey checks. Ivey calls, though, and defeats Antonius to make it 2-0 in this best-of-five match. Ivey needs to win just one more match to win the WPT Heads Up Championship. Antonius has the daunting task of winning three in a row to come out victorious.
