James Calderaro Runs Out of Time

Andrew Barfield opens to 350,000 in the cutoff and is three-bet to 825,000 by WPT Champions Club member James Calderaro (pictured) in the cutoff. Action folds back to Barfield and he calls.

Both players check the flop and the turn comes . Barfield checks again and Calderaro bets 500,000. Barfield check-raises to 1.5 million and Calderaro calls.

The river comes the and Barfield announces he’s all in, putting Calderaro to a decision for his remaining 2.9 million.

Calderaro goes into the tank, ultimately exhausting his entire allotment of time extensions. His hand is declared dead, and he shows face up for the nut flush before the pot is sent one seat to his right.
