Jimmy Kebe Risks Big, Gains Big

Jimmy Kebe has just grabbed the attention of WPT.com to relay the last five hands at his table. With the clock about to pause, Kebe had 49,000 chips and was looking to improve on the 90,100 stack he had notched up yesterday.

He announced to the table that he was going to go all-in blind for each of the five hands. And that is precisely what he did. The first hand he moved all in over one opener. On the second, he moved all in again and was called by Kalidou Sow with ace-queen in the hole. Unbelievably, when Kebe turned his cards over, he had pocket-kings and held, leaving Sow down to the felt.

The third and fourth hands played out in the same way, with Kebe taking them down preflop. The very last hand was another story altogether and signalled the end for two players, one of which was Tony Dunst. Kebe opened and Dunst moved all in with queen-jack. Another player found pocket-kings and over-called. Kebe, true to his word, called in the dark for the final time. He turned over six-seven but after hitting two pair on the flop and improving to a full house on the river, he eliminated both players and finished with 100,000 more than he did yesterday.
