Joshua Bell Shows Luke Stewart The Bluff

Joshua Bell raises to 55,000 from the button before Luke Stewart reraises to 175,000 from the big blind. Bell calls.

The flop comes  and Stewart continues for 300,000. Bell thinks for a minute, asks how much Stewart is playing behind, before announcing all in for around 2,400,000.

The bet has Stewart’s stack of around 950,000 well covered.

Stewart goes into the tank for three to four minutes. He sits back in his chair, takes a drink, stares at the clock, looks back at the board and starts talking to himself. He agonises over his decision before eventually mucking his  face up.

“Do you want me to show?” asks Bell.

Stewart nods, but isn’t pleased, when Bell turns over  for a bluff.
