Justin Harvell moves all in from the cutoff for 4,975,000, and chipleader Scott Baumstein thinks for a bit before he moves all in over the top with Spade 6Club 6. Harvell turns over Spade JSpade 10, and he needs to improve to stay alive.

The flop comes Heart AHeart 6Diamond 4, and Baumstein takes a commanding lead with a set of sixes and no spades on the board. Only a runner-runner ace-high straight can save Harvell now, but he shakes Baumstein’s hands and leaves the table before the turn card is even dealt.

The turn card is the Heart J, the river card is the Diamond 10, and Harvell finishes the hand with a meaningless two pair, jacks and tens, as he is eliminated in sixth place. As for Baumstein, he now has about 17 million in chips — roughly half of all the chips in play.
