On the second-to-last hand at Table 29, Igor Kurganov raises all in blind from UTG+1 for about 24,000. However, it isn’t his turn as the action is still on the under-the-gun player, who opts to limp in, keeping Kurganov’s all-in raise in play. The UTG+2 player reraises all in for 53,000, sending Brian Green into the tank for about three minutes before he folds in middle position. Mark Seif calls from the hijack, and the rest of the table folds.

Seif shows Heart ADiamond J, Kurganov shows Club 7Diamond 5, and the third player shows Diamond 8Club 8.

The board runs out Club JSpade 2Diamond 2Club 5Spade 6, giving Seif jacks and deuces to score the double elimination, giving him the chip lead as Day 1C comes to an end.
