Role Reversal: Rheem and Sincar

Aug 6, 2012

Big stacks always seem to collide and so we should have expected no different from Chino Rheem and Husnu Sincar. Just before the break it was Chino Rheem holding the chip lead with 505,000 chips and Sincar was lagging behind with 215,000. With around 54-minutes of the level remaining the pair have been split, but not before Rheem has lost a big pot against Sincar.

We didn’t see the action but have been told that the action was a four-bet pot and the flop contained three baby cards (all hearts). Rheem fired out a bet and Sincar called. The turn was a [Jx] (no heart) and Rheem moved all-in and Sincar called. Rheem held [Ax] [7x] (no heart) and Sincar held [Ax] [Jx] (no heart). A third jack appeared on the river and the exchange of chips took place.

Rheem now has 290,000 and Sincar has 400,000.
