Seif Caught Bluffing

After a flop of [7d6d4h] Amir Vahedi bets 1,200 and Mark Seif raises to 3,700 from the button.  Vahedi makes the call and both players check when the [4s] hits the turn.

The river brings the [5d] and Vahedi checks again.  Seif bets 6,000 and after about 15 seconds, Vahedi calls.  Seif immediatly pitches his cards into the muck and Vahedi takes the pot down.
