Shooting Star: "Miami" John Cernuto

A former air traffic controller, John Cernuto has been making his living as a card player for more than two decades. Cernuto has over $5.1 million in career tournament winnings, stemming from two WPT final tables, three WSOP bracelets and 49 WSOP cashes.

Cernuto is having a good 2011 so far, posting a trio of cashes at the Borgata Winter Open earlier this year, including two final tables.
