The Iron Princesses of Poker?

Anna Khait is a regular here at the Borgata poker room, and late last night she won a satellite seat into her second World Poker Tour event.

Originally from Saint Petersburg, Russia, Khait frequently works with and raises money for various charities. She’s currently working on a scholarship program for kids in Colombia, and also creating her own charity, a pitbull rescue in New York.

Obviously, winning a WPT title against a field of more than 1,100 players would go a long way toward her charity work.

Britney Billian (left) is also a Borgata regular from Russia, and she also won a satellite seat yesterday to play in her first WPT event. Billian’s boyfriend, Terry Grimes, is a regular player in WPT events here at Borgata, and he survived Day 1A with 86,850 in chips.

In a role reversal, Grimes is now the one on the rail sweating Billian’s progress in a WPT event. Actor James Woods is at Billian’s table (foreground, right), and he said, "Trust me, between him and her, she’s the better player of the two."
