“Do you hit ace-queen every time?” Asks Trumper.

“You keep getting lower,” says Trumper.

Eventually, the original raiser puts 3,000 across the line. The verbals continue. Trumper has 17,500 behind. A minute passes and he makes the call. His opponent shows A 4 for ace high, Trumper shows 7 6 for a pair of sevens.
