The only thing hotter than the temperature this summer is the amazing action you’ll find at the World Poker Tour’s Regional & National tournaments.

Offering the same high-quality poker experience found on the main Tour, WPT’s Regional & National events let players compete for sizable prize pools at affordable buy ins. Just look at the results from our recent WPT National Series Cannes where Bruno Lopes (a.k.a. the rap artist Kool Shen) turned a €1,500 + €150 buy in into a first-place payout of €108,000, including a seat in the Season XI WPT Grand Prix de Paris. Lopes earned the victory after successfully navigating his way through a field of 338 players, including Sam El Sayed, Jens Thorson, Kara Scott, and WPT World Championship runner-up Philippe Ktorza.

European players looking to duplicate Lopes impressive performance can head to the WPT National Series Madrid from June 28 – July 2 at the beautiful Casino Gran Madrid. In the United States, players looking to enjoy the WPT experience can put their games to the test in the Stax Poker Lounge Summer Series Main Event at the Seminole Casino Coconut Creek, located just outside of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

This WPT Regional event is a $350,000 Guarantee tournament running from June 7 – 10. Featuring a buy in of just $440 and three separate Day 1s, this tournament offers players plenty of chances to play for the title.

For players who prefer Florida’s West Coast, there’s the WPT Regional Seminole Hard Rock Tampa Bay Open running from June 8 – 11. Featuring two Day 1s and a buy in of $2,000 + $250, this popular event features a fantastic structure that starts players with 30,000 chips and 60-minute blind levels.
