Irvine, CA (April 13, 2023) World Poker Tour® Ambassadors Brad Owen and Andrew Neeme are set to host a pair of their renowned Meet-Up Games (MUG), spanning April and May, as WPT® Season XXI continues.

“It is wonderful to have our ambassadors Brad and Andrew doing what they do best at two prominent casinos,” said Adam Pliska, WPT CEO. “Their MUGs align perfectly with the WPT mission to provide an outstanding experience for the players.”

The next MUG will be held as part of the WPT Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown next week. The $2/$5 cash game begins at noon on Wednesday, April 19 in the poker room at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida.

“We’re excited to run another MUG at the famous Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood,” Owen said. “Last November’s MUG at the Rock ‘N’ Roll Poker Open was a blast and we’re eager to bring back that hype to the Florida crowd for the upcoming SHRPS.”

The second MUG is slated during the WPT Gardens Poker Championship festival in May. The Gardens Casino will host the MUG beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 19, two days before the $5,250 main event. This time around, the stakes will be raised to $5/$5.

“This will be our first MUG at Gardens Casino and we’re bringing the heat with some $5/$5 blinds,” said Neeme. “Brad and I are both looking forward to the beautiful California weather and some action-packed poker.”

“Gardens Casino is also a big stop for us. It is one of the casinos we partnered with for MUGs back in 2019.” said Neeme. “We are looking forward to going back to beautiful California with the WPT to put on an even more memorable event for our viewers.”

Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood is sure to bring out some large fields with festival dates starting April 13 through the $3,500 main event making way on April 28. Players can use Bravo Poker Live to register for the venue’s MUG.

The WPT Gardens Poker Championship festival begins on May 15 with the main event on May 21. Gardens Casino returns to the WPT schedule for the first time since January 2020.
