When WPT World Championship – Part 2 airs on FSN on Sunday night at 8pm & 11pm local time, there will be five very talented poker players competing to have their name be the one that is engraved on the WPT Champions Cup as the newest WPT World Champion. Here are those five with their chip counts when play gets back underway:

1. Marvin Rettenmaier – 5,955,000 (74 BBs)
2. Philippe Ktorza – 3,300,000 (21 BBs)
3. Nick Schulman – 2,755,000 (34 BBs)
4. Michael Mizrachi – 1,990,000 (24 BBs)
5. Steve O’Dwyer – 1,360,000 (17 BBs)

Rettenmaier still has an impressive chip lead over the rest of the table, with Ktorza only making up some ground when he eliminated Trevor Pope in sixth place at the end of the last episode. However, with three WPT titles and four WSOP bracelets between them, Schulman and Mizrachi are not to be overlooked as they will take the experience they’ve collected from eight total WPT final tables and look to reel in “MadMarvin” before he has a chance to run away with this final table. And with more than $4 million in tournament earnings between them, Ktorza and O’Dwyer also have the chops to make a run at the WPT World Championship.

As seen in the below video clip from the upcoming episode, the Bellagio – and especially this event – still rate very highly among elite poker players as a place and a tournament that can be career defining.

And as another teaser from Sunday night’s episode, WPT Raw Deal analyst takes a look at the value of the “coin flip” in a poker tournament and how “The Grinder” may have missed an opportunity when he passed one up at this final table.

There’s plenty of action for all, so make sure to tune in to, or set your DVR for, FSN on Sunday night at 8pm & 11pm local time to catch every minute of this march toward the next WPT World Champion.
