The WPT Rolling Thunder final table is still in full swing, but our California Swing leader board challenge is already over with Michael Rocco claiming victory and the grand prize.
Rocco, who finished third at the WPT LAPC, also finished in 21st position at Thunder Valley. Those performances, along with his appearance at Bay 101, gave Rocco 231 points, which were enough to win when Ben Zamani busted today’s final table in fifth place.
For his victory, Rocco will receive:
- 10 nights free accommodations at the 2015 WPT LA Poker Classic
- Shooting Star status at Bay 101 in 2015, including transportation to the tournament on a private jet from Los Angeles or Las Vegas
- Up to five free nights in a suite at the 2015 Rolling Thunder plus a $500 room credit

DON’T FORGET: BONUS FREEROLL FOR WPT CALIFORNIA SWING PLAYERS
In addition to those prizes for the points leader, all players competed in all three California Swing events have qualified for a special freeroll at the WPT Jacksonville bestbet Open on Friday, March 21st. The freeroll will be held at 10:00 am ET, and two $3,500 seats into the WPT Jacksonville bestbet Open will be awarded.
