Three weeks ago, World Poker Tour announced its return to the Czech Republic for the partypoker-sponsored WPT National Rozvadov festival, from August 4 -10. This is the second WPT event in the largest card room in Europe, King’s Casino, after a three-year hiatus.
Events and Cash Game
The €1,100 buy-in Main Event is the festival’s first highlight. The event carries a €200,000 guaranteed prize pool, and players can anticipate a deep-stack poker event with 60-minute levels.
The second highlight is for pot-limit Omaha fans. The €2,000 buy-in Eight-Max PLO High Roller has a guaranteed prize pool of €100,000, and the structure is also favorable, offering players 30,000 starting chips and 45-minute levels.
Prior to the two marquee events, there will be several affordable satellites. Daily side events with buy-ins ranging from €165 to €550 will also be available.
