Two-time WPT Champion Chino Rheem leads the final 27 players in the WPT Seminole Hard Rock Poker Finale with 1,205,000 chips. He is joined by several notables, namely Season XIV WPT Champions David Paredes (1.1 million) and Dietrich Fast (1.02 million), and Adrian Mateos (1.016 million).

Both Paredes and Fast have more than just money to play for, as a big finish in the Finale could vault them to the top of the Hublot WPT Player of the Year standings. Fast can move into first place by finishing fifth or better, while Paredes would need to pull out a second victory of the season to lead the pack. Don’t forget that Cate Hall, who cashed in this event and earned 50 Hublot WPT POY points, is still in contention in the WPT Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown Championship, and if she finishes third or better she can take the lead. For now though, it is Mike Shariati leads the pack.

Mateos only has one previous World Poker Tour cash, but he is eyeing a bit of history as well. With a victory at Seminole, the young Spaniard would be the sixth player to capture poker’s triple crown and the first since 2012.

Other WPT Champions Club members still alive in the final 27 include Jonathan Little, Jared Jaffee, and Anthony Zinno. Zinno can of course become the first four-time WPT champion with a victory.

All of the players are guaranteed at least a $23,865 payday. Here is a look at the seating assignments and chip counts for Day 3:
