Season XV PMU.fr WPT National Marrakech Final Table

1st: Rachid Rami – MAD 950,000 ($97,600)
2nd: Mohammed Lahlou – MAD 650,000 ($66,800)
3rd: Arthur Conan – MAD 450,000 ($46,200)
4th: Dimitri Sukhorukov – MAD 323,000 ($33,200)
5th: Alexandre Riccomi – MAD 248,000 ($25,500)
6th: Alexandre Andre Henri De Zutter – MAD 198,000 ($20,300)

The PMU.fr WPT National Marrakech Main Event attracted a field of 396 entries. On the final day, 14 players remained with Alexandre Riccomi of France in the lead. Riccomi was one of six players to reach the official WPT National Marrakech final table, but he ultimately fell short of the title with a fifth-place finish. Falling before him was Alexandre Andre Henri De Zutter, also of France, after De Zutter started the day in second leaderboard position.

Dimitri Sukhorukov was eliminated in fourth place when his turned set of jacks lost to Mohammed Lahlou’s turned diamond flush. The money went in on the river, and it was Sukhorukov calling off his tournament life.

In third place was Arthur Conan, falling at the hands of Rami. Conan had shoved with pocket fours, but he couldn’t fade the Spade AClub Q of Rami, who rivered a Broadway straight to win the hand.

Heads-up play began with Rami in front by almost double the chips Lahlou had. Rami stayed in front for the entire match before he finished it off thanks to flopping trip deuces against Lahlou’s over pair. After the money went in on the flop, the trips help for Rami and he was crowned champion of the PMU.fr WPT National Marrakech Main Event.

Next up for the WPT National tour is WPT National Korea, held at Paradise Casino at Jeju Grand.
