With the inaugural WPT Alpha8 tournament just a few weeks away, some of the game’s best-known players are already reserving their seats at the $100,000 WPT Alpha8 Florida event.

Players confirmed to attend the super high-roller series’ first-ever event at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida include Anthony Gregg, Daniel Alaei, and Erik Seidel. Other confirmed players include Daniel Perper, David “Doc” Sands, Jason Koon, Thomas Hall, Jason Mercier, and Joseph Cheong.

WPT Alpha8 Florida begins August 26 and will be recorded for broadcast on FS1 in early 2014.
