Exclusive Tournament Will Welcome Poker Legends Phil Hellmuth, Doyle Brunson, Mike Sexton and many more to Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas Friday, May 17
The 2013 Tiger Jam will kick off Friday, May 17 with Tiger’s Poker Night presented by the World Poker Tour® (WPT®), an exclusive tournament emceed by poker legend Phil Hellmuth and hosted by Tiger Woods. The WPT has teamed with the Tiger Woods Foundation to bring the second annual poker event to Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. WPT cameras will film some of the action for inclusion in an upcoming World Poker Tour episode.
Tiger Jam, a two-day charity event May 17 – 18 hosted by Woods, combines world-class golf, high-stakes poker, gourmet cuisine and exclusive VIP experiences into an exciting, star-studded weekend benefiting the college-access programs of the Tiger Woods Foundation.
Taking place the night before the WPT World Championship, participants will join Woods, Hellmuth, poker Hall of Famer Brunson, WPT host and Poker Hall of Famer Sexton and other poker greats for an exclusive night of poker followed by a Pre-Jam Party at Moorea Beach Club at Mandalay Bay, featuring a performance by Lifehouse. Tournament prizes include a round of golf with Woods, Pro-Am playing spots in premier PGA TOUR events and other unique items.
On Saturday, May 18, multi-platinum recording artist Kid Rock will bring his Rebel Soul Tour to the Mandalay Bay Events Center to headline the 15th annual Tiger Jam.
