The first week of the 888Poker presents WPTDeepStacks London Online is in the books, and we’ll take a look at the four events that played out in the past few days, with a look ahead to the five events coming up this weekend, which includes the first flight of the $1 million guaranteed Main Event.
pactamah23 Wins Event #3, the $215 PKO
Event #3 attracted a field of 263 players (and 56 rebuys) to take their shot at the $75,000 prizepool. The final 48 players finished in the money, and they played all the way to a winner on Tuesday.
pactamah23 and benmacca93 made a deal to chop when they were heads-up, earning $7,525 each, though pactamah23 won $2,175 more in bounties, so they claimed the top spot.

Event #4 saw a field of 549 players (who made 134 rebuys) battle over the prizepool of $34,150. The final 96 players finished in the money, and they played all the way to a winner on Tuesday night.
SuperQ22 and Beeth0ven made a deal to chop when they were heads-up earning $2,555 each, though SuperQ22 won $1,016 more in bounties, so they claimed the top spot. This was the second final table of the series for Beeth0ven, who also finished eighth in Event #2 to earn $970.

SATURDAY’S EVENTS: $320 Six-Max and $33 Mini Six-Max
Saturday is Six-Max Day, for players who prefer tournaments with more virtual elbow room. (And all the strategy and pacing differences that go along with short-handed tables.)
There will be two events in this format, at buy-ins of $320 and $33, and they are both one-day tournaments:
Event #7: $320 Six-Max ($75K Guarantee)

Event #8: $33 Mini Six-Max ($20K Guarantee)
Saturday, December 4th, 19:00 GMT
SUNDAY’S EVENTS: $525 PKO, $55 Mini PKO, Flight 1A of $1,050 Main Event
As you’d expect, Sunday is the biggest poker day of the week, with two more PKO events (buy-ins of $525 and $55), plus the first flight of the $1,050 buy-in Main Event with a $1 million guarantee.
As a reminder, the PKO events are Progressive Knockouts, where you earn half a player’s bounty when you eliminate them, and the other half is added to your own bounty, making you a more enticing target for your opponents.
Event #10 ($55 Mini PKO) will play all the way down to a winner on Sunday, while Event #9 ($525 PKO) will play down to the final nine, and then play the final table the next day (Monday) at 19:00 GMT.
Meanwhile, the players who survive this first flight of the Main Event will return for Day 2 on Monday, December 20th at 19:30 GMT. (There will be a total of 10 flights for the Main Event.)
