The World Poker Tour today announced adjusted dates for WPT Alpha8 St. Kitts. Due to scheduling conflicts, WPT Alpha8 will be moved from November 2-3 to December 5-6 at Royal Beach Casino and Christophe Harbour.

In Season I, WPT Alpha8 St. Kitts attracted a total of 28 entries, making it the largest WPT Alpha8 event ever. Philipp Gruissem was the winner, earning his second consecutive WPT Alpha8 victory and $1,086,400.

Set on 2,500 acres of natural bays, bluffs, and beaches on the Eastern Caribbean island of St. Kitts, Christophe Harbour is a dynamic resort community with elegant residences, resort hotels, and exceptional amenities, including a super-yacht marina and village. The Marriott St. Kitts & Royal Beach Casino neighbors Christophe Harbour, offering luxury guest rooms, traditional West Indian restaurants, the 15,000-square foot Emerald Mist Spa, and the championship Royal St. Kitts Golf Club.

Season II of WPT Alpha8 began earlier this week with WPT Alpha8 London. Dan Colman continued his historic hot streak on the super high roller circuit, defeating a field of 23 entries to win the top prize of £600,000.
