Europe-Bet.com to Have Exclusive Rights to WPT® Brand in Georgia; Two WPT National Events and a Main Tour Stop to be Held in Tbilisi in 2015

Los Angeles, CA (February 11, 2015) — Hot on the heels of an historic alliance with Ourgame in Asia, the World Poker Tour® today announced a partnership with Europe-Bet.com, under which it has agreed to license products and services on an exclusive basis in Georgia. Europe-Bet.com will host three WPT® events in 2015, including a WPT Main Tour event, and will have the right to distribute the World Poker Tour television show, merchandise, and more.
The kickoff event at the Europe-Bet.com Poker Club in the Georgian capital of Tbilisi is a $1,000 buy-in WPT National event on June 4. This tournament features a $200,000 guarantee and culminates with the final table on June 7. The World Poker Tour will return in November with the coveted WPT Champions Cup™ for a WPT Main Tour stop, and again in December for a second WPT National event.

Qualifiers to the first Europe-Bet.com WPT National Georgia are already live on the website, and players can find various ways to make their way to this inaugural WPT in the Georgian capital here.
Europe-Bet.com Poker Club opened in September of 2012, and is the only establishment of its kind in Georgia. Open 24/7, the 1,400-square meter club features bars, restaurants, up to 20 poker tables, and a special VIP zone. The ground floor is available for special occasions or big tournaments, like the three WPT-sponsored events planned this year.
