Day 4 of WPT Merit Cyprus Classic is in the books and the WPT final table is now set. What started with a star-studded field of 329 players is now down to just six, all vying for their share of the $1,212,694 prizepool.

Leading the final table is Ran Azor, who has made his second WPT final table. His first effort was way back in 2009 when he finished runner-up to Yevgeniy Timoshenko in the $25,000 Seventh Annual Five Star World Poker Classic earning $1,446,265. He will start the final table with 2,405,000 in chips.

Possibly the biggest story is that of PartyPoker.com’s newest pro, Marvin Rettenmaier. The WPT Champions Club member has a shot at becoming the first ever back-to-back WPT Champion after his victory at WPT World Championships back in May.

The action ended with 19-minutes remaining of level 25 with blinds at 15,000/30,000 and a 5,000 ante. The average chip stack going to the final table is 1,645,000.

Here are the final chip counts

1. Ran Azor – 2,405,000 (Israel)
2. Artur Voskanyan – 2,003,000 (Russia)
3. Marvin Rettenmaier – 2,002,000 (Germany)
4. Kiryl Radzivonau – 1,865,000 (Belarus)
5. Victor Parashiv – 1,115,000 (Romania)
6. Joseph El Khoury – 435,000 (Lebanon)
