World Poker Tour’s first Main Event of Season 11 begins Saturday when players shuffle up and deal at the WPT Merit Cyprus Classic.
With a $4,400 buy-in (including re-entry on Day 1B) and prize pool guaranteed to be worth at least $1 million, this fantastic tournament is bringing some of the game’s best – and best known – players to the beautiful Merit Crystal Cove Hotel and Casino. Among the pros scheduled to play are Chris Moorman, Daniel “Jungleman” Cates, Dominik Nitsche, Benjamin Pollak, two-tiime WPT Champion Tommy Vedes, and WPT World Championship winner Marvin Rettenmaier.
