Los Angeles, CA (September 26, 2018) – World Poker Tour® today announced a new partnership with independent feature film Walk to Vegas. The film is based on the true story of Vince Van Patten, a WPT® commentator since its inception, who co-wrote the screenplay with Steve Alper and stars in the film.
Walk to Vegas is a comedic drama about high-stakes Hollywood gamblers who make a massive bet that one of them can’t walk from Hollywood to Las Vegas in seven days.

Walk to Vegas was directed by Eric Balfour and produced by Van Patten Brothers Ent., Kim Waltrip (Hit and Run), Adam Weinraub, and Mark R. Harris (Crash). The film stars Van Patten, Ross McCall (Band of Brothers), Paul Walter Hauser (I, Tonya), Eileen Davidson (The Young and the Restless), James Van Patten (Saw IV), Willie Garson (Sex and the City), Lucas Bryant (Haven), and Don Stark (That ‘70s Show), with John O’Hurley (Seinfeld), Chad Lowe (Entourage), and Jennifer Tilly (Liar, Liar).
