- Register for the $3,500 buy-in WPT Borgata Poker Open Championship Event
- Open a Skrill account at www.skrill.com or at the Skrill promo booth on property
- Provide proof that you are a registered Skrill account holder at the Skrill booth, and receive Skrill patch
- Wear your Skrill patch during the whole tournament
The last participant of the tournament wearing a Skrill patch wins, and $3,500 will be transferred right into their Skrill account!

World Poker Tour Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. The Promotion
Skrill USA gives participants in the World Poker Tour event an Award, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this promotion, as well as any other applicable terms and conditions (Skrill Account Terms and Conditions) that may apply.
2. How to Participate
2.1 Eligibility criteria
In order to take part in the Promotion, the Participant (“you” or the “Participant”):
- must open a Skrill Account at skrill.com or at Skrill promo booth at the Event (must accept Skrill Account Terms and Conditions, applicable to all Skrill accounts)
- must be fully verified prior to accepting an Award
- in the event your account needs manual verification, you hereby agree to provide such to a Skrill representative at the Event booth via telephone
- must not be an employee or an immediate family member of an employee of Skrill USA, Inc. or any other company in the Skrill Group
- must be a resident of the United States
2.2 How to Participate
In order to receive a Skrill patch, Participant must provide proof during the Promotion that he/she is a registered Skrill account holder. New account holders are welcome. Only Participants wearing Skrill patch will be eligible for an Award.
After receiving a Skrill patch, the Participant is required to wear it during the whole tournament. The last participant of the tournament wearing a Skrill patch will be considered the winner of this Promotion and will be eligible to receive his/her award in his/her Skrill account.
3. Award
The Award will be provided to one winner, in accordance with the Terms of each promotion. The value of the Award varies for each WPT tournament. Please see our Skrill representative for more details.
4. Payment of Award
Award will be credited to your Skrill Account registered for this Promotion within five (5) Business Days following the last day of the Promotion. Your account must be fully verified in order to claim the Award.
5.End of Promotion
Skrill reserves the right to end the Promotion at any time in its sole discretion and without notice, or to make changes to the Promotion at any time in its sole discretion.
6.Miscellaneous
The present Promotion is provided by Skrill USA, Inc. By entering the Promotion, the Participant accepts these Promotion Terms and Conditions. Skrill reserves the right to refuse the bonus where Skrill has reason to believe that Participant has breached or attempted to breach any Skrill Terms and Conditions, or attempted to circumvent Skrill security or operational procedures. All decisions by Skrill are final and binding and no further correspondence will be entered into. Participant hereby waives any and all rights to seek enforcement of his/her rights under this Promotion against Skrill in a court of law or before an arbitration panel.
Skrill shall not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any personal injury or damage to personal property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the present Promotion Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Skrill in connection with the Cashback shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
