The Brasil Poker Live Presents: WPT Argentina festival from Casino Iguazú is in the books, and it was Argentinian Cristian Vilches taking the $1,500 Main Event title. Another big event on the schedule that many looked forward to was the Brasil Poker Live Presents: WPT Argentina $3,000 High Roller.

With a buy-in of $3,000 and reentries priced at $2,000, the High Roller attracted a field of 84 total entries. That was broken down into 51 entries and 33 reentries for a prize pool that amounted to $219,000. The top 11 finishers reached the money, and it was Jose Ignacio “Nacho” Barbero (pictured) taking the title. Barbero, a representative of Aconcagua Poker, the parent network of Brasil Poker Live, earned $50,708 for the victory.
