Tournament Rules

Action Clock:
Action clocks will be put in place at the start of Day 2 and will be used until the completion of the tournament.
Ante Format (Big Blind Ante):
Single ante will be posted by the player in the big blind, in the amount equivalent to the big blind. Ante is posted before the big blind and players are eligible to collect the entire ante, even when out of the big blind. The full ante is maintained until the completion of the tournament.
Breaks:
40 Minute levels: Players will have a 15-minute break every 3 levels. 60 Minute levels: Players will have a 15-minute break after every 2 levels.
Buy-In & Fees:
$1,100 Buy-In = $970 (Prize Pool) + $90 (Entry Fee) + $40 (Staff Fee)
Late Registration:
Registration will close at the start of Level 10 on Day 1 (approximately 8:30 PM)
Levels, Per Day:
Day 1: 40 minutes per level until the field reaches the money (12.5%). Day 2: 60 minutes per level until the field reaches the final six (6) players. TV Final Table: 60 minutes per levels until two (2) players remain, 30-minute levels thereafter.
Payouts:
One in eight (1-in-8) entries will be in the money (approximately 12.5%).
Players Per Table:
Day 1 will play 9-handed. Day 2 will play 8-handed. The Final Table is 9-handed.
Players Card & Players Releases:
All Tournament players must be a Wynn Rewards member and execute the WPT Player Release Form to participate.
Prizepool:
This tournament features a $200,000 GTD prize pool.
Registration & Re-Entry Rules:
Unlimited re-entry is allowed until the close of registration. At the conclusion of the registration period, all paid entries (including alternates) who have yet to take their seat will be assigned a seat and their chips will be put into play.
Rules:
The Wynn Las Vegas poker rules will be used throughout the tournament.
Seating Redraws:
A redraw will occur at the conclusion of Day 1. The final redraws will take place at 24, 16, and 9 players during the normal course of play.
WPT Player of the Year:

Every player of the Ladies Championship is eligible to become the WPT Player of the Year.

WPT Ladies Championship Season 20

The first-ever WPT Ladies Championship will take place beginning December 16 at Wynn Las Vegas as part of the larger WPT World Championship festival. The WPT Ladies World Championship will carry a $200,000 guaranteed prize pool and $1,100 buy-in. Alongside the WPT World Championship and the WPT Prime Championship, the WPT Ladies Championship will be recorded to be televised at a later date.

The World Poker Tour has used season 20 as a springboard to foster a welcoming environment for women to play poker. WPT contributed over $10,000 in prizes towards the first-ever WPT Ladies Meet-Up Game in July. The game was hosted by notable players Jamie Kerstetter, Kristen Bicknell, Xuan Liu, Veronica Brill, Ashley Sleeth, and more.
