Why "I Busted Todd Brunson" Shirts Are Among the Most Coveted

As Eddy Sabat pointed out in a hand against Shooting Star Todd Brunson, the “I Busted Todd Brunson” t-shirts are particularly prized among certain poker players. Not that they’re focused on eliminating Brunson so much as they’re interested in the, shall we say, interesting things he sometimes writes on his bounty t-shirts.

After Jordan Young eliminated Shooting Star Todd Brunson from the 2011 WPT Bay 101 Shooting Star, Brunson held nothing back as he signed the shirt, and gave Young something a little extra as he flipped him the bird while the TV cameras were recording.

Word quickly spread around the room about Brunson’s rant on the t-shirt, and here is fellow Shooting Star Jennifer Harman holding up the Brunson t-shirt for others to read what he wrote for Jordan Young.

At the 2013 WPT Bay 101 Shooting Star, Brunson dialed it back a little bit, and even included some of the action. “Nice call with 10-8 off u stupid freakin moron.”
