At the WPT Five Diamond World Poker Classic, we saw not one, not two, not three, but four royal flushes made using both hole cards. WPT Champions Club™ member Cornel Cimpan and John Krpan were the first two players to hit a royal flush – they made them just minutes apart – and joined WPT Champions Club member Chris Moorman as the three winners of the Royal Caribbean International® Royal Flush Bonus*.
Slightly more than an hour after Cimpan and Krpan posed for the cameras, WPT bestbet Bounty Scramble runner-up Chris Bolek made a royal flush using both of his hole cards, and on Day 5 Adam Bilzerian did the same. However, because only three complimentary cruises were up for grabs, both Bolek and Bilzerian bubbled the bonus.

With the odds of making a royal flush in Texas Hold’em using both hole cards 64,973-to-1, only three cruises were allocated for the Royal Caribbean International® Royal Flush Bonus. In response to this tremendous flurry of royal flushes at Bellagio, Royal Caribbean International upped the ante, offering a total of seven Royal Caribbean International® Royal Flush Bonuses in Season XIII. Both Bolek and Bilzerian will be credited for making their royal flushes in Las Vegas, and there are two more bonuses up for grabs starting at the WPT Lucky Hearts Poker Open at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino (February 5-11).
