Previously scheduled for August 31-September 5, WPTDeepStacks Montreal at Playground Poker Club has been rescheduled for February 2019. The decision was made mutually between WPT and Playground Poker Club and will benefit all parties involved, including players, as the event will better fit into the global poker schedule.
WPTDeepStacks Montreal remains the first-ever trip to Montreal for the award-winning WPTDS tour. As the premier mid-major tournament circuit, WPTDeepStacks lived up to its tagline by earning the award for Mid-Major Tournament Circuit of the Year at the 4th Annual American Poker Awards.
Playground Poker Club was also a recipient of an award during the 4th Annual American Poker Awards, walking away with Event of the Year honors. The two sides will marry their two award-winning products come February 2019 for what anticipates to be an absolutely spectacular event.
