The second international televised World Poker Tour even of Season X debuts this Sunday when WPT Venice Grand Prix: Part 1 airs at 8pm and 11pm local time on FSN. The tournament takes place at Casino Di Venezia – the oldest casino in the world – and draws some of the biggest names in European poker. This event also marks the debut of WPT Anchor Marianela Pereyra, who is temporarily replacing Kimberly Lansing while she is on maternity leave. As an Italian speaker, this event is the perfect kickoff for Marianela’s time with the WPT family.

As always, Part 1 of this WPT event features extended playdown coverage as the field whittles down from the 155 who entered this €5,000 buy-in event to the 18 who cashed and then on to the final six who make up the WPT televised final table. During that coverage, viewers will see interviews with players as they battle their way through this tough field as well as hands as they play out at the tables. Away from the felt, the Royal Flush Girls takes viewers on a whirlwind tour of one of the most beautiful cities in the world while Tony Dunst gives more of his poker strategy breakdown and analysis in The Raw Deal with Tony Dunst.

With four Italians, a Scandanavian and a Russian at the final table, this poker tournament is truly an international event, showing how global the World Poker Tour really is. So, make sure to tune in to, or set your DVR for, FSN at 8pm and 11pm local time (check local listings) this Sunday night to catch all of the action.
