Los Angeles, CA (August 10, 2017) – Today the World Poker Tour® announced star poker players Maria Ho and Jeff Gross as co-commentators of the newest WPT® television series, ClubWPT™ King of the Club, and WPT Royal Flush Crew member Caitlyn Howe as the show’s anchor. The King of the Club tournament series gives ClubWPT.com players the dream opportunity to star in their own televised poker show and is scheduled for its broadcast debut in March 2018.

Since breaking onto the scene in the mid-2000s, Ho has built a powerful poker résumé. Not only has her top-ranked poker ability helped her amass more than $2.1 million in live tournament earnings on the felt, but Ho’s high-quality poker insight and charismatic personality has also earned her success off the felt as a host and commentator.

Gross is one of poker’s most vibrant and energetic characters, often found entertaining a global audience through his YouTube and Twitch channels, where he is consistently creating some of poker’s most engaging content. Since his first recorded cash in 2007, Gross has more than $2.9 million in live tournament earnings.

The ClubWPT King of the Club series qualifies 16 lucky players to a live World Poker Tour event, where they will compete in an invitational tournament under the bright lights of the WPT final table. There will be two televised tables of King of the Club winners with over $37,000 in cash and prizes. Each winner will also earn a $10,000 seat in a future WPT Main Tour event.
