The newly announced Season XVI WPT Bellagio Elite Poker Championship hits Las Vegas at the end of April and carries over into May. The $10,400 buy-in Main Event is slated to run May 1-6, 2018, and is officially part of the WPT Main Tour. The winner will receive entry to the prestigious WPT Tournament of Champions and players who cash will receive Hublot WPT Player of the Year points.

Players in the WPT Bellagio Elite Poker Championship Main Event are allowed only one reentry. The registration period is open until the start of Level 9.

In addition to the WPT Bellagio Elite Poker Championship Main Event, high-stakes players will welcome a special Bellagio $25,500 High Roller that will kick off May 5. The tournament will be filmed for broadcast as part of the WPT’s upcoming television schedule. On May 5-6, the WPT Bellagio $25,500 High Roller will play down to the final table. Day 1 will see the field play eight 60-minute levels and Day 2 will see the field play down to the final table. Registration and reentry will remain open until the start of Level 11 (the third level of Day 2). Final table competitors will then compete for the title at Esports Arena Las Vegas at Luxor on May 25.

The WPT Bellagio Elite Poker Championship has a total of 15 events on its schedule, including satellites.
