Much like they did at the WPT Doyle Brunson Five Diamond World Poker Classic, the Royal Flush Girls surveyed the field at WPT Venice to see what the players want for Christmas. The responses run from what you’d expect from those competing for a WPT title and share of the tournament’s $841,345 prize pool (“good luck,” “win the WPT”) to the silly and unexpected (“a pair of socks”). And of course, a few players couldn’t resist saying “love” or “a kiss” when asked the question by a pretty Italian girl.

Perhaps the best response goes to Ronnie Bardah who says he “wants to run like Taylor.” That would be WPT Champions Club member Taylor Von Kriegenbergh he’s talking about, who on Day 3 is currently among the chip leaders. Taylor won the inaugural WPT Seminole Hard Rock Showdown earlier this year, pocketing over $1.1 million, and no doubt he’d like to close out the year with one more WPT title. Bardah, meanwhile, has his work cut out for him as he’s stacked near the bottom of the chip count with 25 players remaining.
