Los Angeles, CA (November 3, 2020) – World Poker Tour® and ClubWPT™ are unveiling another major tournament for ClubWPT VIP subscribers, with a broadcast final table in Las Vegas at the finish line.
The $200,000 ClubWPT TV Challenge starts this November on ClubWPT and will play down to six finalists competing for a $50,000 first-place prize at HyperX Esports Arena Las Vegas that is scheduled to be broadcast across WPT®’s multiple platforms.
HyperX Esports Arena Las Vegas has been the home of WPT TV final tables since Season XVII, with seven WPT Champions crowned, including two WPT Tournament of Champions winners. The arena also hosted the ClubWPT Challenge the Champs TV special won by WPT Champions Club member Scotty Nguyen.
ClubWPT will host monthly finals from November 2020-April 2021 on the last Sunday of the month on the WPT’s official home for online poker where users can play for no purchase necessary. The monthly finals will feature limited fields comprised of 500 players from ClubWPT VIP and Diamond members. Qualifiers for the finals will run all month on ClubWPT, giving ClubWPT subscribers numerous opportunities to advance.
All players who win their seat to Las Vegas will be guaranteed at least $10,000 in prize money and will also receive a $3,000 travel package.
The $200,000 ClubWPT TV Challenge follows up on the success of previously televised ClubWPT programming including ClubWPT Challenge the Champs and King of the Club Challenge.
