The World Poker Tour is teaming up with playMGMpoker.com for the second season in a row for online satellites to the prestigious Season XVII WPT Five Diamond World Poker Classic $10,400 Main Event. Now through December 9, 2018, poker players will be able to qualify for as little as $10 to the WPT Five Diamond World Poker Classic Main Event via playMGMpoker.com in New Jersey.
Each package won is worth $12,000 and includes a $10,400 seat into the event and $1,600 cash to help cover travel and accommodation. In addition, all winners will receive their first night’s stay at Bellagio complimentary.
Last season, Satish Surapaneni turned his playMGMpoker.com satellite into a 17th-place result and a score of more than $50,000.
There are three different levels to begin qualifying at, and players can win their way to the Season XVII WPT Five Diamond World Poker Classic for as little as $10. Running daily at 5:20 p.m., ET, $10 daily qualifiers will take place and approximately one in six will win a $55 online entry to the Bellagio Qualifier for Super Satellite.
The $55 Bellagio Qualifier for Super Satellite takes place daily at 7:20 p.m. ET and approximately one in 11 will earn a $535 online entry to the Bellagio Super Satellite to WPT Five Diamond. In this qualifier, there is one $535 seat guaranteed.
Then on Sundays at 5:40 p.m. ET, a $535 Bellagio Super Satellite to WPT Five Diamond will run. This qualifier takes place on November 25 and December 9, and each one has one $12,000 prize package guaranteed.
There is also a $55 turbo qualifier that takes place at 4:20 p.m. on November 25 and December 9 that guarantees one seat to the $535 Bellagio Super Satellite.
Please note that these qualifiers are held online at playMGMpoker.com in New Jersey. To participate, you must be physically located within the state boundaries.
The Season XVII WPT Five Diamond World Poker Classic $10,400 Main Event takes places December 11-15 at Bellagio Las Vegas. The final table will be filmed at the PokerGO Studio on December 15 at ARIA Resort & Hotel.
