WPT Player of the Year to Receive One-of-a-Kind Poker Table

With the first half of Season XI drawing to a close, the WPT Player of the Year race remains wide open.

With his recent win at the WPT Doyle Brunson Five Diamond Poker Classic, Ravi Raghavan has taken the lead with 1,400 points, putting him him 150 points ahead of fellow WPT Champions Club members Ben Hamnet, winner of the WPT Borgata Poker Open, and Jonathan Roy, winner of WPT Montreal, who are tied for second place with 1,250 points each.

Aside from bragging rights, the Season XI Player of the Year will also walk away with a custom-made, $75,000 poker table commemorating their achievement. The one-of-a-kind table, known as “All In,” took 600 man-hours to build and features 15 types of wood including Rosewood, Black Walnut, Cherry, and Madagascar Ebony. Designer Axel Yberg of Akke Functional Art explains his inspiration for the table in the video below.
