Championship Event Final Table To Be Broadcast on FOX Sports Networks

World Poker Tour’s cast and crew return to Southern Florida for the tour’s next televised tournament when the WPT Seminole Hard Rock Showdown, sponsored by ClubWPT.com, kicks off on April 11, 2013.

Featuring a $5,000 buy-in and a prize pool guaranteed to be worth at least $2 million, WPT Seminole Hard Rock Showdown promises to be a star-studded event, drawing some of the best-known players in poker to Hollywood, Florida. Players already confirmed to attend include WPT Champions Club members Antonio Esfandiari, Dwyte Pilgrim, Matt Salsberg, Ravi Raghavan, Noah Schwartz, and Scott Seiver, along with WPT Season XI Ones to Watch members Alex Phahurat, Amanda Musumeci, Brian Hastings, Jason Koon, and Jason Somerville.

All players at the WPT Hard Rock Showdown are invited to a Welcome Party at 8pm on Thursday, April 11 and, those players seeking some off-the-felt competition can join the beautiful WPT Royal Flush Girls and other WPT cast members at the Hard Rock pool at 2pm on Sunday, April 14 where they can enjoy an afternoon of sun and fun while competing in the first-ever WPT Royal Flush Games.

The televised final table will begin at 4pm on Tuesday, April 16 with WPT Commentators Mike Sexton and Vince Van Patten calling all the action from their broadcast booth. As always, they’ll be joined by anchor Kimberly Lansing and Raw Deal analyst Tony Dunst who will be on hand to break down key hands throughout the tournament.
