WPTDeepStacks returns to one of the European tour’s most popular stops this November as the Grand Casino Brussels Viage once again hosts a full festival of poker action!
The WPTDeepStacks Brussels Main Event will feature a €1,200 buy-in and will take place across November 14-17, 2019.
Win your way to Brussels every Monday with exclusive qualifiers taking place online at Winamax. Up for grabs is a €1,800 package, and you can bank one for as little as €10 through the “qualify WPTDS Bruxelles” tournaments.
Also on the Brussels schedule is the WPTDS €400 Opener, and WPTDS €2,200 High Roller, plus €300 Omaha, €100 Ladies, and €500 Bounty events.
Away from the tables, take a look at what’s on offer in the city of Brussels, including food, drink, and entertainment!
Brussels is a city full of options for all you foodies, especially those with a sweet tooth. Walking through the Brussels city centre, you will see an abundance of treats on offer including stacked Belgium waffles made to your specification, as well as crepes, ice cream, and of course a selection of chocolate shops selling premium products. Another way to enjoy a city tour is with a hot cone of Frites in hand!
Get to know the Belgian beer brewing process and taste the final product for yourself on one of the many Brewery tours. A great way to spend some time away from the poker action, and for a reasonable price, you will get to know more about the brewing stages and enjoy a few beers.
Brussels is also home to Mini Europe Park, your way to discover Europe’s best landmarks and attractions all in one place. Located just a 20-minute drive from Brussels city center, with over 350 miniature attractions including a 4m ‘Big Ben’ and a 13m ‘Eiffel Tower,’ this is a fun way to spend the day in the sun taking a look at some fantastic replicas.
No trip to Brussels is complete without taking in the wonders of Grand Palace in the heart of the city center. The area is considered as one of the most beautiful medieval squares in Europe, due to magnificent architecture across several historic buildings dating back as far as the 17th century.
Not only are you guaranteed wondrous sights, but during the day, a host of shops, restaurants, and museums are open, while at night, evening entertainment across many bars can be found.
Player of the Year Returns
Take your shot at the title and win your way to becoming the WPTDS Europe Player of the Year!
Last season, WPTDS Barcelona Main Event champion Simon Brandstrom took the accolade after fighting off fierce competition from the likes of Francois Tosques and Felix Schulze.
Brandstrom’s reward was €10,000 in WPT buy-in credits as well as the WPTDS Europe POY trophy.
Brandstrom has since gone into the WPT history books after he became the first player to win both a WPTDS and WPT Main Tour title. The Swede entered the WPT UK Main Event using his WPT credits and went the distance to win a second trophy and a top prize worth $330,000.
Could you become our next champion?
