WPT Seminole Hard Rock

The schedule is out for the Season XVI WPT Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown, featuring 22 events, including the rescheduled WPTDeepStacks Immokalee event, more than $6 million in combined guarantees, and a championship tournament that will see the final table filmed for broadcast as part of the WPT’s Season XVI television schedule.

The Season XVI WPT Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown festival will feature poker’s premier mid-major tournament circuit, WPTDeepStacks. The $1,100 buy-in WPTDeepStacks event has a $250,000 guarantee and is officially the relocation of the WPTDeepStacks Immokalee event that was postponed due to Hurricane Irma in September of last year.

The WPTDeepStacks event now takes place at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, as part of the Season XVI WPT Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown festival. It runs April 9-11, with two starting flights.

Anchoring the schedule is the Season XVI WPT Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown Championship, running April 13-18 with a buy-in of $3,500 and $3 million guarantee on the prize pool. Like the WPTDeepStacks event, this tournament has two starting flights. In addition to being filmed for broadcast as part of the WPT’s Season XVI television schedule, the final table will be live streamed.

The WPT Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown schedule kicks off on April 5 with the $570 buy-in Deep Stack No-Limit Hold’em opener that boasts a $1 million guarantee and has six starting flights. On the other end of the buy-in spectrum, the $25,500 High Roller takes place April 15-16, also with a $1 million prize pool guarantee.

Starting April 16 is the $5,000 No-Limit Hold’em Reentry event that comes with a $250,000 guarantee.
