WPTDeepStacks Trophy

The WPTDeepStacks (WPTDS) tour has announced the first half of its Season 4 schedule, with 10 events scheduled for the first six months of 2017.

The Season 4 schedule will kick off in Hollywood, FL at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. The series is scheduled to take place Jan. 12-24, with the can’t-miss $1 million guaranteed Main Event scheduled for Jan. 19-24. This Main Event attracted a booming 1,684 entries in Season 3, with a prize pool topping $1.63 million.

In addition to that massive kickoff event, the WPTDS tour will return to Florida two more times in the first half of the year. March 2-13 will be a series at bestbet Jacksonville, and June 8-19 will see the tour head to Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tampa.

Other events on the East Coast will be held at Parx Casino in Bensalem, PA, and Maryland Live! in Hanover, MD. The Maryland Live! stop is brand new to the WPTDS tour, but it’s an event that should truly deliver. On the main World Poker Tour schedule, the Season XV WPT Maryland Live! Main event attracted 554 entries, which was up in a very big way from the 337 the season prior. The WPTDS series at Parx Casino will run Feb. 8-28, and the series at Maryland Live! will run April 14-24.

The first half of the WPTDS Season 4 schedule will also include stops at Grey Eagle Resort & Casino and Casino Yellowhead, both in Alberta, Canada, Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, NV, and Thunder Valley Casino Resort and Turlock Poker Room & Casino, both in California.
