Season X WPT Champion Will Failla hoists the WPT Champions Cup at last year’s WPT Legends of Poker

The field for WPT Legends of Poker is filling up fast a number of WPT Champions Club members and other top pros gunning to add one of the game’s most prestigious titles to their already impressive resumes – or in the case of last year’s champion, Will “The Thrill” Failla – shooting for back-to-back victories, which would be legendary indeed.

Plenty of the game’s sharpshooters will be looking to stop Failla from repeating when the tourney shuffles up and deals on Day 1A, which starts at 12pm PT on Friday, August 24. Players to look for include WPT champions Jonathan Little and Hoyt Corkins, along with big game hunters Vanessa Selbst, Joseph Cheong, Joe Serock, David “Doc” Sands, Dee Dozier, Shannon Shorr, Mike Sowers, John Monette, William Reynolds, Jon Aguiar, and Greg “FBT” Mueller.

Don’t worry if you miss any of your favorite pros on Day 1A, because this year’s tournament allows players who bust on Day 1A to re-enter the field again on Day 1B, meaning that you have two chances to play against some of the biggest names in the game.
