PMU.fr WPT National Paris concluded after 4 days of poker action at Cercle Clichy Montmartre. The inaugural stop at the historic games room in Paris attracted 380 players and smashed the €250,000 guarantee to a prizepool of over €400,000.

The newest WPT National Champion, Emrah Cakmak was the huge chip leader with more than half the chips in play with 5 players left. He quickly defeated all of the other 7 players with the Final Table lasting just four hours.

Two PMU sponsored Pros reached the Final Table finishing 2nd and 8th. First to be eliminated from the Final Table was Damien Lhommeau who debuted his first tournament with his new patch and jockey attire after winning the PMU PRO Dream contest. Erwann Pecheux was yet again defeated at the final hurdle after reaching his second WPT National Final Table and for the second time finishing runner up.

Players who made their way to the majestic Parisian card room were Philippe Ktorza, Roger Hairabedian, Steven Moreau, Quentin Lecomte, Sebastien Sergent, Clement Thumy, Bruno Launais, Julien Brecard and Jeremy Nock, plus PMU Team Pros Brian Benhammou and Rebecca Gerin.
