The two editions of the Opener are well underway whereas new tournaments are slated to commence as of August 20. That includes the two editions of the WPT Weekender and the Omaha Championship, which has three different tiers available.

Event #2 Omaha Championship

Four-card aficionados from all over the world will be tempted to showcase their talents this upcoming weekend. The high-stakes players have the $2,100 edition at their disposal, which features a guaranteed prize pool of $300k. In the $215 Mini Edition of the very same tournament, at least $75k in prize money will be awarded. In the turbo heat, the blinds will go up every five minutes in the last-ditch attempt to secure a stack for Day 2. All three tiers will play down to a winner on Monday, August 23.
