WPT TAKES TO THE WATER
The ninth World Poker Tour cruise takes to the seas in September as the beautiful Mediterranean is the stunning setting for the poker action as players board the Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas.
The WPT Cruise is a luxurious way to play poker, with seven days and seven nights onboard with VTony Dunst and Lynn Gilmartin including freerolls, a Ladies event, and two exclusive Welcome and Farewell receptions with photo and autograph sessions among a host of other entertainments and poker events during the trip.
Everyone is excited about cruising around the Med, not least two members of the WPT team.
Lynn Gilmartin can tell you what to expect on this once in a lifetime experience:
From players to the presenting team, everyone can’t wait for the ship to set sail, including Royal Flush Crew member Ivy Teves:

This city challenges everything you’ve ever heard about walking down dark alleyways. In the gothic quarter, that’s how you find the magic. Most of these tiny cobblestone streets open up into a quaint square, dotted with fairy lights and wooden tables topped with jugs of sangria. Maybe even a guy with a flute sitting in one corner and an artist sketching in her notepad in another. Magic, I tell ya. So. Much. Magic.

LEGENDS RETURN TO THE BIKE
The return of the WPT Legends Main Event at the Bicycle Casino to the upcoming schedule is something everyone is looking forward to, from new hopefuls to established champions, such as the Doyle Brunson, who took down the event in Season III.
The WPT Main Event features a $5,000 buy-in and a $2 million guaranteed prize pool, the poker Mecca of the West Coast, the Bicycle Casino, otherwise known as ‘The Bike’. With a superb five-star hotel featuring incredible dining and the famous Bike Brewery, which has 28 different beers on tap!
There are an amazing 38 events taking place across the festival, it’s going to be an unforgettable few weeks at the felt, with the Main Event taking place between August 31st and September 4.
